What counts as a client workspace?

One business you serve: its contacts, website, automations, team and AI teammates. Your own agency's workspace doesn't count.

Is anything left out of the cheaper plans?

Some modules come with some plans and are added per client on others, as the table shows. The CRM, forms, your branding and your team are on every plan.

How do my clients pay me?

Connect your Stripe account, make your own client plans, and charge each client under your agency's name. The money goes straight to you.

Is anything billed by use?

No. AI past your plan's allowance runs on your own AI key, paid to the provider directly. Voice calls are paid on your client's own voice account.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Move up when you add clients; your clients' workspaces carry on as they are.

Is there a free plan?

No. While a plan has a free trial it starts free: your card is taken at checkout and charged only when the trial ends, unless you cancel first.

Do I need a card to sign up?

Yes, at checkout. With a free trial it isn't charged until the trial ends.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time, from Billing in your app. Your plan runs to the end of what you've paid for; then your clients' workspaces pause until you choose a plan again. Nothing is deleted.
